The ‘loose leaf’ obviously needs a filter – either a small single cup sized filter or a tea-pot – even a Cafetiere! The amount per person depends on personal taste – I prefer a decent measure (approx 5g) per person. Immerse the blend into boiling water and then wait a couple of minutes, before serving. I like adding a ‘wee drop’ of honey. The eco tea-bags follow the same routine.
